• All services (Web Design / Web Development / Mobile Application Development / Software Development / Search Engine Optimization / Digital Marketing / Hosting Services / Website Maintenance / Ready to Use Software) Accepted by us only after complete analysis or creation of a complete scope document or detailed phonetic discussion with our clients. Since Radha Infotech and the client understand that there is continues development work involved to achieve every milestone of the project and completion of every module, a refund would not be possible for the work once assigned to us.
• All payments made by the client to us for custom design projects/above services/ready to use software are non-refundable. If a Project is canceled or postponed by the Customer midway, the fees for all work done up to that Milestone shall be payable by the Customer to Radha Infotech.
• We start that project immediately after we get your confirmation. Therefore, If after this you withdraw the project, the amount already paid by you is non-refundable as well as the work done up to that point will have to be paid by the client.
• We first interact with our clients and try our best to clear all their doubts and start work only after their approval, therefore, there is no provision for any kind of refund. We clearly mentioned that the paid amount is non-refundable in any circumstance (Except for refunds that come with a deadline for trial of a ready-made script).
